- Returns and refunds are not allowed after delivery. We can only replace items if they are defective or damaged due to our negligence or during transit.
- For a return of a damaged product, please send us photographs and an unpacking video within 3 days of receipt of the product.
- If the product is not returned in its original condition, we reserve the right to refuse the exchange.
- Cancellation: An order that has been placed cannot be canceled or changed.
